Quick Start
For Employees
- Log in to your organization's Z8 instance
- Complete onboarding - The guided onboarding flow will walk you through setup
- Set up your profile - Add your name, photo, and notification preferences
- Enable notifications - Allow push notifications for real-time updates
- Check your schedule - View your work hours and vacation balance
- Start tracking time - Use the quick clock in/out widget in the header
For Managers
- Complete the employee steps above
- Review your team - See who reports to you
- Handle approvals - Process time-off and correction requests
- Monitor schedules - Ensure adequate team coverage
For Administrators
- Complete the manager steps above
- Complete admin onboarding - The guided onboarding includes:
- Holiday Setup: Select your country to import public holidays
- Vacation Policy: Configure vacation allowances and carryover rules
