Imports help admins bring external time and operational data into Z8. Use import review before applying data so duplicates, gaps, and unmatched records do not become payroll or compliance problems.

Import Quality Review

The import quality review step highlights issues such as:

• Duplicate entries.
• Missing required fields.
• Unmatched employees, projects, locations, or categories.
• Time gaps or overlaps.
• Records that need manual confirmation.

Review Flow

1. Upload or start the import from the configured source.
2. Review the quality summary.
3. Resolve blockers before applying the import.
4. Confirm warnings that are acceptable for your organization.
5. Apply the import and review the resulting records.

Clockodo Imports

If your organization imports from Clockodo, verify employee and project matching before applying the batch. Do not treat imported data as final until quality review is complete.
